The programme involves weekly 60-minute coaching sessions over 3 months, with challenges to complete in between. Over that time we will explore these 5 elements:

Vision

Most people never give themselves the time and space to think about what they really, really want. We will start by helping you define and design exactly what you want to create in your life, both personally and professionally.

Positive habits

You will create routines that will help you to improve mentally, emotionally and physically every day.

Mindset

You will overcome fears, doubts and insecurities that are holding you back and replace them with a powerful ‘can-do’ mindset.

Goals

By setting and achieving goals, you will start to realise that you can achieve pretty much anything you put your mind to. Your confidence will sky-rocket.

Self-mastery

Happiness and success is an inside job. You’ll learn to master your thoughts and emotions so that they work for you, not against you.

About the coach


Andy is passionate about sharing things that have helped him live a happier, healthier more fulfilling life. He loves seeing how the things that have helped him can help others, and witnessing people’s lives transform for the better.

Over the last 11 years, he has set up two successful businesses. In that time, he has had to face rejection, self-doubt, fear of failure, getting into debt and financial insecurity.

He has had to find the courage, persistence and strength to keep going and find ways of overcoming each obstacle in his path.

That experience allows him to empathise with people going through similar struggles, and share what has worked for him.

Integrity is central to his work and life. There is nothing he suggests his clients do that he does not do himself.

The beliefs that shape his coaching are:

1. There is innate goodness in everyone.

How Ros transformed her life in 3 months

This is the story of Ros: an HR consultant who is now training to be a health coach. She recently completed a 3-month coaching programme with Andy. She went from stressed, anxious and unemployed to completely turning her life around.

Feeling unfulfilled and unhappy

I got to the stage where I couldn’t actually see a way out and I don’t know whether I would say rock bottom, but I was almost there. I’d been doing a very unfulfilling HR job and I just didn’t know which way to turn. I wasn’t fulfilled generally in my life. There just wasn’t really anything going for me.

I’ve suffered quite badly with bouts of depression. I wasn’t doing any form of exercise. Relationships weren’t good and generally everything in my life just… I couldn’t see any positives. I really, really couldn’t. I needed help. And my health physically and mentally just was not great at all.

From no exercise to exercising every day

When I started talking to Andy, my exercise was on zero and it had been for years. At the end of a few months, it was on 10. I’m now exercising every single day.

Pursuing a fulfilling career

After our first call, I actually went home, booked this nutrition course that I was looking into and I’m due to finish that in December. I’m now on the road to being a qualified health and nutrition coach. I feel so much more fulfilled doing that.

Self-acceptance

I think one of the main things I learned from Andy was don’t fight your feelings or your thoughts, just accept them. It just really, really, really helped me because for years I’ve battled depression and mood swings, and whenever I felt particularly low, I got so angry and I was trying to fight it and then got exhausted – it was a vicious circle all the time.

But Andy taught me so many ways to deal with it and that it’s okay to feel like that, and that was really, really powerful for me. That, in turn, increased things like my focus and my confidence, my sleep and everything else.

From negative to positive

Over the 3 months of speaking to Andy, everything gradually, without me even realising it… everything was slowly falling into place. And everything that was really negative when I first spoke to him was, really, becoming so positive.

Meditating reduced anxiety

Meditation has been a huge revelation for me. I’ve wanted to do it for years but I was always like, ‘No, my focus is terrible. I can’t do that.’ And he really taught me how to meditate. Now I do it, even if it’s just 5 minutes, 3 times a day, I really slow my breathing down and that has hugely helped with anxiety, depression and health. So meditation has been a complete revelation for me.

It’s been life-changing

It’s just been absolutely life-changing and I would encourage anyone to jump into it. I sometimes think what would’ve happened if I hadn’t had those sessions with Andy and I’d probably still be just stuck in a rut. In fact, I know I would be.

Having that person just to speak to – I spoke to Andy even in my darkest, darkest hours and he just got me through so much, remaining positive, and he got me to focus. So yeah, it was amazing. Absolutely amazing. I can’t thank him enough for everything really.

It’s quite emotional for me to be honest. It means a lot.
